Scott D Francis
Scott D Francis began Investing and Renovating Single family homes in 1989 offering Cash with Quick Closings. Soon afterward, he expanded his Investment Portfolio into Multi-Family Apartments, Industrial Warehousing, Commercial Retail/Office Strip Centers, and Medical Office buildings, ultimately founding Francis & Company, Francis Investment Group, and NKC Warehouse and Stor-All.
Scott Francis has vast experience, knowledge, resources, and the capital in improving the facade of Commercial, Residential, and Multi-Family properties, as well as retrofitting properties to appraise at the highest and best use. Scott has developed as well as redeveloped for local and national chain tenants.
Scott D Francis received a Business of Science degree in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University in 1988. He currently holds a Missouri Real Estate Brokers license and Kansas Real Estate Brokers license.
Scott D Francis is a subscriber of CoStar Commercial Real Database. He is an active member of St. Therese Parish Catholic Church. Scott enjoys playing a lot of golf, cooking, traveling, and duck hunting.
Joan D Francis
Joan D Francis received a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Real Estate and Insurance, from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1986. She has been licensed in Mississippi with a Real Estate Brokers license, where she worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. She held a Texas Real Estate sales license in Dallas, working exclusively in Retail Commercial Real Estate with two companies. One of the companies consisted of all Retail Broker/Salespeople, and the other being Internationally based in Australia with a US Development presence. She currently holds a Missouri Real Estate Brokers license and Kansas Real Estate Brokers license. Designations included Master Residential Appraiser (MRA), Master Farm and Land Appraiser (MFL), and Master Senior Appraiser (MSA) from National Association of Master Appraisers – Lincoln Graduate Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Joan D Francis opened her own company, JD Forster Company Commercial Real Estate, in 2002 gaining experience in development in Kansas City, a vast knowledge in zoning and permitting, and overseeing construction projects. She closed JD Forster Company in 2020 after marrying one of her colleagues in the same industry to join forces with his company, Francis & Company Commercial Realtors.
Joan D Francis is an active member of St. Therese Parish Catholic Church. She enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and playing golf.
